This is why we publish proof of reserves monthly, and continue to ship new innovative security features.What You’ll be Doing:Working with the Country Manager and Regional Lead to develop business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities.Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth operation across functions such as marketing, customer support, legal and compliance.Develop, implement and maintain operational processes in line with the business plan and strategy.Define a vision for the local business, set and manage team goals.Be able to understand and interpret data and use it to set business priorities.Maintaining a strong team culture of trust, accountability, and commitment to impact.Ability to execute cross-functional work and coordinate multiple projects at the same time.Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organisation optimise costs and benefits.
