Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: A‚¬5,000 – A‚¬5,500 gross per month

We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and inspirational operations manager who will be responsible for leading the team across the Netherlands. This contract caterer company is a very well known company located in 6 countries with a total of 800+ locations and expansion plans .

About the position:

* Maintain the highest standards
* Assess employee performance and recognise training needs and potential
* Ensure that performance reviews are carried out with meaningful development
* In charge of restaurant development and marketing plans are evaluated and revised
* Ensure that all financial targets are met or exceeded in a timely and organised manner
* Visit the different locations across the Netherlands

This is you:

* Previous experience in operational management role, ideally in workplace dining or in the hospitality industry
* Preferrable experience in contract catering
* You live in Amsterdam or near the Amsterdam area
* Excellent communication and leading skills
* Always looking to deliver high-energy food service that is focused on experience
* Understanding of report writing and financial management
* Have a valid drivers license
* Proficiency in Dutch and English necessary
