Overview
What will you be doing?
This role is all about handling the financial side of things for campaigns across all media and clients – from approval and booking to reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting. It’s perfect for someone who loves working with numbers and data and wants to join a fun, fast-paced media agency at the ground level. We’re looking for a curious, self-driven go-getter who’s ready to dive in and learn as they go. If you’re excited to get started and grow in the world of media finance, we want you!
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships across teams and maintain client approval folders
Enter campaign budgets into the invoicing system and ensure accurate invoicing
Set up campaigns, handle changes, and ensure timely go-live
Reconcile spends with the Investment team and resolve invoice issues
Traffic digital campaigns and gather data for competitive analysis
Contribute to team meetings and develop knowledge of tools and media
Qualifications
What are we looking for?

Strong communicator, quick to respond to emails and requests
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
Confident with numbers, data, and Excel (basic formulas)
Skilled at interpreting data, spotting trends, and identifying inconsistencies
