We are looking for an Operations Efficiency Engineer to drive daily operational prioritisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee the follow-up of critical production/operational lots, ensuring close alignment with programme management and the effective deployment of operational resources. You will combine strong analytical capability with hands-on coordination to optimise performance, mitigate risk, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Prioritisation & Execution
-Monitor and manage high-priority operational lots on a daily basis
-Align with programme management to ensure accurate prioritisation
-Coordinate resource allocation to meet delivery timelines and performance targetsData Analysis & Reporting
-Collect, structure, and analyse operational data to identify trends and performance gaps
-Detect bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies
-Develop clear dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-makingProcess Optimisation
-Propose and implement measurable, data-driven process improvements
-Streamline workflows, logistics flows, and internal operational processes
-Apply structured improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks)Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Partner with operations, supply chain, and programme stakeholders
-Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions
-Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesRequired Skills & Experience
-Proven experience in operations, operational excellence, data analytics, or business intelligence
-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and convert insights into action
-Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
-Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-Ability to drive initiatives through influence and structured follow-up
