Continental Europe business.As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our business operations and enhancing our
strategic initiatives. You will leverage your analytical expertise to dissect complex business challenges, identify
opportunities for improvement, and develop cutting-edge solutions that align with our organizational goals. Your
ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological advancements will be crucial in fostering

Act as a Business Partner for various stakeholders and engage with them to continuously improve our
processes and technical solutions.

Collect and analyse business requirements to understand the needs and objectives of the organization.

Develop and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Create detailed process models and documentation to support business operations.

Review processes, KPIs, and other metrics to identify areas for enhancement.

Facilitate communication between various groups and departments to ensure alignment and
collaboration.

Manage stakeholders and ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Support project implementation and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.

Assist in business transitions and change management processes.What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Advanced knowledge of business process modelling tools and techniques.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).

Strong understanding of business models in the insurance industry and knowledge of efficient end-to-
end process designs

Language skills: English, any further language is a plus.

Ability to assess operational issues and deliver sustainable tactical solutions.

Good understanding of trends the insurance market and their influence on business model designs
including the ability to adapt these for implementation.Our Benefits
