Job DescriptionOur client is an import-export company with office in Poeldijk, Netherlands. We are looking for an Operations Assistant with Chinese language skill to help CEO to management in the regularly operation of a team of 20 persons. The ideal candidate should have working permits and speak Dutch, English, and Chinese Mandarin.Operations Assistant responsibilities include scheduling appointments, work with department managers to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to keep the department running smoothly.Responsibilities:

• Promptly answer the questions of staff and other departments.
• Communicate with clients and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Prepare and keep the local documents in order.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with different department to prepare events and marketing activities.
• Analyze all operations and give suggestions for team improvement to the CEO.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as an operations assistant or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch/English.
• High organizational skills and multi-tasks skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Similar experience as project assistant, secretary, team coordinator, etc.
