Salary £20,000 rising on completion of each academic year + annual bonus + benefits

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: GCSEs Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Passion for Leadership: Show us your interest in leading and working hands-on.
• Digital Champion: Passionate about using digital ways of working.
• Eager to Learn: Ready to soak up knowledge and skills.
• You’ll be required to work shifts in this role, and as such we require you to be 18+ by the 7th September 2026

Your Role:

• Team Collaboration: Develop the ability to work effectively as a cross-functional team, which includes fellow operators, on-site engineers, Quality and Safety personnel, to achieve outstanding results.
• Problem Solving Skills: Learning how to operate, diagnose faults, and maintain our equipment within a factory setting.
• Safety First: Apply Mars’ quality and safety standards to protect our people and products.
