• Manuelle Einzelfallanalysen und Bewertung des Kundentransaktionsverhaltens unter Berücksichtigung des KYC-Kundenprofils bei potenziellen Auffälligkeiten
• Überprüfung des KYC-Kundenprofils bezüglich dem vorliegenden Informationsumfang gemäß GwG-Anforderungen zum potenziell auffälligen Transaktionsverhalten
• Anschreiben des Kunden für die Nachbesserung bei zusätzlichem Informationsbedarf veranlassen
• Übergabe der Analyseergebnisse mit Votum zur Handlungsempfehlung an den Genehmiger zur Validierung
• Erstellung interner Geldwäscheverdachtsmeldungen an AFC FCO bei nicht plausibilierten Transaktionsverhalten oder bestätigten Auffälligkeiten
• Beauftragung von manuellen Event Driven Reviews bei der BL AFC für Vorgänge mit erhöhten KYC-Risikoparametern

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation ist wünschenswert
• Gewissenhafte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit sind notwendig
• Erfahrung aus den Bereichen KYC, AFC und Compliance sowie bankfachliches Wissen sind vorteilhaft
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hohes Engagement für regulatorische Themengebiete
• gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch und Deutsch
• Kenntnisse von MS-Office (Excel und Word) sowie der bankinternen Anwendungen (u.a. NOS, Orinoco, FACE, MyWorkspace) sind wünschenswert

• Manual case analysis and assessment of customer transaction behavior taking into account the KYC customer profile in case of potential anomalies
• KYC customer profile is checked for the available amount of information in accordance with the GwG requirements on potentially abnormal transaction behavior
• Arrange for customer cover letter for rectification in case of additional information requirements
• Submission of the analysis results to the approver for validation with a vote of recommending action
• Preparation of internal suspicious money laundering reports to AFC FCO in case of implausible transaction behavior or confirmed anomalies
• Commissioning of manual event driven reviews with the BL AFC for processes with increased KYC risk parameters

Your profile:

• Completed banking academic degree, completed studies or comparable qualification is desirable
• The candidate will be required to work conscientiously and independently, as well as to have strong social skills, good analytical and conceptual skills and team-building skills
• KYC, AFC and compliance experience as well as banking expertise are valued
• Very good analytical skills and a high commitment to regulatory topics
• Good communication skills in English and German Knowledge
• Excellent skills in MS-Office (Excel and Word) as well as of the internal bank applications (NOS, Orinoco, FACE, MyWorkspace) is desirable
