Applications are invited for the above post, working to the highest standards, to deliver day to day operational activity, supporting the School’s reporting responsibilities as well as contributing to and undertaking business improvement tasks and initiatives. You will be a key administrative point of contact within the School, supporting the Deputy School Operations Managers (DSOMs) and the Operations Senior Administrators (OSAs). As part of the role you will provide administrative support including diary management for a group of colleagues with designated leadership roles, provide support to meetings and committees and an excellent customer service to all stakeholders.You will have an initial affiliation with the Division of Cancer Sciences but will be required to support wider operational responsibilities and activities in other areas to enable an efficient and effective PS support provision across the School. There will be a considerable need to respond to change in the foreseeable future and you will actively work to support senior managers in achieving this objective.Your additional information should include examples, demonstrating how you meet each of the essential (and, if applicable, desirable) criteria detailed within the person specification of the role description.What you will get in return:
