Our Finance Department is looking for an

Operations Accountant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
-Coordination of the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities in compliance with US GAAP.
-Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial exhibits.
-Preparing statutory annual reports for 3 legal entities in accordance with Dutch GAAP.
-Leading the annual tax filing process according to Dutch tax rules.
-Responsible for Fixed Assets accounting.
-Leading continuous improvements on internal control processes and documentation.
-Leading the preparation of internal and external audits.
-Providing business counseling on accounting and internal control matters.

What Skills You Need:
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration related field.
-Relevant working experience in accounting and internal control.
-Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
-Strong work ethics and drive for continuous improvement.
-High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
-Flexibility and understanding to be able to work with people at different levels, locations and cultures.
-Drive to solve problems independently.
