SHE & Operational Risk Lead – Build the Foundation for Safety

Are you ready to step into a role where you don’t just follow structure – you create it? We are looking for a proactive SHE & Operational Risk Lead who wants to make a visible impact on safety, sustainability, and operational excellence within a highly advanced production environment.

In this position, you will take ownership of the Safety, Health & Environment strategy while supporting operational improvements. You will design and implement SHE programs, conduct risk assessments (RI&E / TRA), lead audits and safety walks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that elevate both compliance and culture.

Beyond governance, you will become the driving force behind safety awareness – organizing trainings, campaigns, and workshops that embed safety into everyday behavior. You will also oversee emergency preparedness, lead the First Aid organization, and ensure teams are equipped to respond effectively.

Sustainability is equally important. You will monitor environmental performance, reduce waste streams, support energy initiatives, and help strengthen the Environmental Management System (EMS).

Who Will Thrive Here?

You are someone who prefers building over maintaining.

x2714; 4-5+ years of SHE experience (production / manufacturing / cleanroom is a strong plus)

x2714; Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Management or similar

x2714; Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented

x2714; Comfortable working independently – effectively acting as a “one-person SHE function”

x2714; Assertive communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels
*

x2714; Proactive self-starter who performs well in environments with some ambiguity

x2714; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Less direct SHE experience can be considered if your background is highly relevant.
