You will be optimizing and improving processes and the overall approachYou will foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization, promoting adoption of new processes and technologiesYou will be overseeing change management activities assuring that we go through changes in a structured wayYou will provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project management best practicesWhat’s great about this role is that you will have a real impact and satisfaction in contributing to our Krakow’s Center of Excellence efficiency and growth.Your personality:People person, who feels comfortable with communicating with stakeholders at all levels and developing strong working relationshipsProblem solver with critical thinking skills, who is able to drive changeWhat will you need to succeed in the role?Must-have:Proven experience as a Project Manager leading business transformation initiatives within the finance sector, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceExcellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverablesStrong understanding of financial processes, systems, and industry best practices, with a track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellenceDemonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high qualityExceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracyEnglish – min. B1/C2Change management, negotiation and leadership skillsPMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma and other certificationNice-to-have:Knowledge of any other foreign languagesRecruitment process:1.
