We are seeking an Operational Excellence Leader, EMEA to report to the Head of Strategic Initiatives and Business Support. In this position you will play an important role over key areas of core EMEA Operations including process standardisation, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and Margin of Safety across the whole region.

What you will do

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

  • Have active leadership governance

  • Be an interface with HR: driving reward and recognition programs, capacity planning, succession planning, talent development, employee engagement (IM listening survey) and employee wellbeing

  • Act as an interface to other regions, to OEGB (Operational Excellence Global Board) and to GDS & ALM functions

  • Be a continuous improvement Business partner for core-lead team members

  • Coordinate SME’s in innovation processes for core systems

What you will bring

  • Experience in implementing major, global change management programs.

  • Experience in Process improvement (Lean Six Sigma experience a plus)

  • Experience with Shared service and/or outsourced operating models

  • A self-starter mentality with a pragmatic approach and growth mind-set

  • Be performance driven with the confidence to operate independently

  • Possess a global experience and mind-set with an ability to influence effectively across different cultures

  • Have excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills as well as being a team player

  • A proven track-record in coaching and developing geographically disparate teams

  • Possess strong values and high personal integrity

  • Business professional English (both written and spoken)
