Operation – Production Manager/Process: Medical Devices
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our client close to Bergamo. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing customer management, operational efficiency, quality assurance, engineering, health and safety, security, and environmental compliance at the Plant. Reporting to the Managers/Director, the Operations Manager will provide regular performance updates and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Description
Duties:Foster a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing safety practices in compliance with internal and external regulations.Collaborate with (Senior) Sales Managers to effectively manage existing and new customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Provide leadership to drive continuous improvement in business processes and activities aligned with company’ safety objectives and Quality Management System.Supervise and develop a team of 20+ staff, allocating resources and assigning duties to achieve predetermined commercial and business objectives.Ensure alignment with company’s corporate vision and global objectives, including initiatives such as LEAN, 5S, Sustainability, and One Team One Goal strategies.Uphold company’s values, culture, and ethos while managing business operations, customers, and staff.
