In this role, you will be the driving force behind executing and optimizing our operational projects, ensuring they align with our ambitious growth goals and uphold our unique company culture.As the Operations Manager, you’ll work directly with our COO to bring high-impact projects to life. You’ll translate our strategic goals into efficient, well-coordinated execution, managing everything from setting deadlines and collaborating with international teams to ensuring each project is completed precisely, on time, and within scope. This role requires a high level of execution capacity—some projects will require your direct involvement, so you’ll need to be hands-on and capable of performing tasks at an exceptionally high standard. We believe that true leadership in this role means excelling both in oversight and in execution, driving projects forward by example.This role demands a high level of autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accountability and relentless improvement. An MBA is a plus.Skills:

  • Strong expertise in agile project management and experience with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to manage and execute complex projects while ensuring precise adherence to timelines and high standards.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, Google Workspace, Notion, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining KPI systems and feedback loops to drive accountability and transparency.
