If so, then join us in our Ecommerce Experience, Omni Operations team!We are looking for an analytical and highly structured OMNI Specialist, who will play a key role in driving and executing omni initiatives. You will be collaborating closely with Digital & Technology to propose, develop and roll out new delivery options with high commercial impact globally.Drive, Support, and Define End-to-End Processes for Existing and New InitiativesIn E-Commerce Experience, you will be part of a team that drives and executes new e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives with a strong commercial focus by delivering a world-class, value-driven customer experience. Through collaborative problem-solving, we craft sustainable solutions, lead global features, and ensure alignment across diverse clusters and channels.As the OMNI Services Specialist, you will work closely with the web development team and Delivery Product Manager to define the customer experience on Pandora’s website and ensure a focus on commercially driven initiatives.You must be highly structured and organized and have demonstrated analytical skills. With data-driven mindset and excellent communication abilities, you possess the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively, making you a valuable asset in our dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive, define and execute omni and delivery initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Support clusters on the development of new features globally
  • Manage, plan and supervise the rollout of complex initiatives by understanding systems, processes and integrations
  • Main point of contact of our clusters for operational support and global business decisions
  • Build and maintain omni and delivery documentation and training guides
  • Manage business relationship with key data and fulfillment vendors
  • Analyze consumer & competitor data for key insights
  • Deliver and present weekly and monthly business reports to provide relevant insights to key stakeholders for business decisions.

Furthermore, you will:Own the End-to-End Implementation plan for assigned projects, connecting relevant teams and ensuring clear objectives and KPI’s are communicated and understood and measuredPartner with commercial, Digital & Tech and other business functions to identify business opportunities and elevate the customer experienceNurture strong relationships with Clusters to encourage feedback, share best practices and lessons learnt to drive future improvementsRelentlessly commercial, organized, and proactiveTo succeed in this role, you need to have a solid background in e-commerce or digital environments, combined with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of business dynamics. Your technical and commercial expertise enables you to drive and own complex projects independently. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and your workstyle is structured, organized, and detail-oriented. You’re not afraid to take initiative and are comfortable working cross-functionally while maintaining a positive, flexible attitude.Adding to the above, we hope to see that you have:3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, omnichannel, or digital roles, with additional physical retail experience being an advantageStrong project management skills and the ability to independently drive projects and initiatives to completionProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management softwareA solid technical and commercial understanding that supports your decision-making and project execution

Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clear, structured messages to stakeholdersAs a person, you are:Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environmentHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a data-driven mindsetA proactive team player with a positive and flexible approach to problem-solvingFluent in English, with other languages considered an advantageAdditional information:
  • Global Career Band 5
  • This is fixed term 12 months position. However, we always aim to retain strong talent in the business after contract end.
  • Start date: Preferably 1st of October 2024, but for the right candidate we can wait until November 1st, 2024
  • Potential travel: Around 15 days per year
