As Omnichannel and Transformation Excellence Project Coordinator VIE in our Marketing team you will support the roll out of digital marketing campaigns, learn and improve while executing. Strengthen, execute, and monitor omnichannel and transformation initiatives and tools. Act as a key link between the Netherlands (NL) and Northern Europe (NE) and Global Traditional Medicine Centre (GTMc) teams to ensure alignment on omnichannel and transformation efforts.We are an innovative global healthcare company that helps the world stay ahead of infectious diseases by delivering more than 500 million vaccine doses a year.   • Serve as the liaison between the NL and North Europe (NE) Immunology teams, as well as between the NL team and GTMc and omnichannel teams.
  • Enhance the online presence and execute omnichannel activities for the HCP (Healthcare Professional) portal. coordinate day-to-day operations with business operations and external vendors.
  • Support Customer Engagement Leads (CELs) in integrating new digital tools into customer journeys, including providing training and raising awareness.
  • Translate theoretical GTMC training programs into practical, applicable training sessions for the NL team and actively share best practices across the NE region.
  • Provide (technical) support for developing omnichannel journeys for Atopic Dermatitis (AD), Asthma, and Nasal Polyps (NP), utilizing tools like mass mailings, rep-triggered emails, and AB testing.
  • Produce detailed analytics reports on channel performance and offer recommendations to enhance omnichannel journeys.
  • Drive transformation by monitoring Go-to-Market (GtM) key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on increasing engagement with HCPs, OCCP (Omnichannel call planning) execution and Customer Experience Quotient (CXQ) score.
  • Providing insights and collaborating with the NE transformation team to implement and oversee local transformation efforts.
  • Implement the NE transformation training program, promoting new working methods through the execution of change management initiatives.

About youExperience:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing methods and techniques.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment.
  • High level of integrity and self-awareness.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization and with customers.
  • Analytical, results-driven, organized, and a self-starter.
  • Team-oriented mindset.

Education:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, preferably in E-marketing, Digital Marketing or Healthcare with a high level of digital savviness.

Languages:

  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in French is an advantage.
