Description:WTG offshore installation manager working as part of our team on various WTG installation project duties. This may include:

• supervising work offshore for short spells
• assisting in the back office with various tasks related to the work scope such as developing contracts, scope supervision
• reviewing or developing offshore installation schedules.

Requirements:The consultant must have or being willing to get GWO training in order to be able to visit an offshore WTG installation in progress.To succeed in the role, the consultant has:

• great numeracy skills and a logical mind. High level of fluency in speaking and writing English, although it does not have to be your first language
• good knowledge of the wind turbine installation vessel market and the most common installation concepts
• understand how to achieve safe and high-quality construction or engineering project outcomes
• great communication skills and are able to liaise and cooperate with both colleagues and counterparts from our suppliers
• a degree or equivalent in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or equivalent
• some experience of managing offshore installation scopes, similar construction scopes and/or including drafting contract specifications for heavy lifting, deck layout, and vessel mobilization
• are bright, curious, and original and thrive within a team and as a leader
