Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the right teams are in place on-site, carefully selected based on qualifications and experience.This role involves close collaboration with supervisors to manage personnel scheduling and ensure resources are aligned with project requirements. You’ll work to achieve a cost-effective approach to resource management while maintaining a balance between contractual conditions and employee well-being.Throughout the project lifecycle, you will be responsible for keeping the master plan updated, proactively managing any changes, and ensuring seamless communication. You’ll also participate in regular meetings to align resource needs and coordinate with various stakeholders, including Execution Managers, site managers, training and mobility coordinators, and the project team.about youIdeally, you bring experience in the construction industry or people resource management, ensuring seamless project execution. Your background in planning and coordination has given you the skills to manage schedules effectively. You are an organized, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Key Qualifications:
- Experience with planning or coordination tasks
- Experience in the construction industry or personnel resource management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
