Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) • Providing professional service at the reception as the first line of contact for our visitors and callers

  • Providing professional office support to co-workers working from our location in Poznań
  • With help of housekeeping staff, taking care of the office so it is neat and clean and well-functioning
  • Monitoring stock of necessary office supplies, and place orders accordingly
  • Making sure that office equipment is timely serviced and operational
  • Assisting in Safety & Security related issues
  • Assuming responsibility for other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
  • Being a vital part of an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces diversity of both – co-workers and customers
