Job DescriptionOne of our international clients, a leading manufacturer and distributor in the food industry, is looking for a Dutch speaking Office Manager to support their office at Amstelveen.As a Senior Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflow, effective communication, and efficient support to various departments within the organization.Are you interested in learning more? - Manage document flow: emails, letters, and calls
- Assist in procedures: budgeting, payments, etc.
- Provide secretary support for Director and Sales Managers
- Arrange meetings and coordinate logistics
- Manage office supplies and handle IT issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Dutch proficiency (B2 level)
- Professional, adaptable, and socially approachable
- Leadership skills preferred
