It has four nationally and internationally recognised specialist research libraries.An important component of the humanities national infrastructure and part of the University of London, this is a really exciting time to join the School of Advanced Study as we are at the start of a new strategic plan. The Dean’s office sits at the centre of the School. It is constituted of the Dean/PVC, Professor Jo Fox ; the Vice Dean, Professor Clare Lees; the Chief Operating Officer, Elaine Walters; the Director of Research and Innovation, Dr Andrew Fairweather -Tall; Director of Strategic projects, Dr Graeme Wise and the Research Policies & Business Intelligence Partner, Sandrine Alarcon-Symonds.The Postholder manages the Dean’s office working closely with the Dean/PVC and the COO to manage their busy schedules and meetings but also the committees and operational infrastructure of the School.
