We are looking for an Office Manager to join our brilliant PeopleTeam to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, assisting operations, and enhancing our culture. This role is available for 40 hours and will be onsite from our beautiful Amsterdam office but also will support our distributed (300+) employees. The Office Manager will work as a core member of the Amsterdam and global team, report to the Head of People, and be responsible for various tasks including office management, events coordination, operations and assistant support, and enhancing our employee experience.If you’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we want to hear from you!About the teamAs our Office Manager, you will be part of the PeopleTeam (9) consisting of HR and TA professionals. Our mission is to set our people and the company up for success. Within the team, we strongly believe that giving people autonomy and ownership of their projects and experiments lead to the best results. You will have a lot of freedom to come up with and carry out your ideas as you see fit. You will be supporting 300+ valued employees situated across 5 locations.What you’ll do at TellentOffice Management: Order and manage office supplies, groceries, and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee facilities management including coordinating with building management for repairs, cleaning services, and maintaining safety protocols such as fire alarms and first aid. Welcome all guests to the office and serve as the go-to person for office-related queries and needs, providing support to all employees.Assistant & Operational support: Provide support to our CEO and leadership team with organising meetings, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, and calendar management.Employee Experience & Events: Organise a variety of in-office events including lunches and themed parties. Coordinate logistics for larger events such as conferences and our quarterly offsite for our leadership team. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes and support HR projects as needed to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.What you’ll bring to the team2+ years experience as an office manager or personal assistant.Ability to motivate and energize our employees!Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues.Professional communication style in both Dutch and English, German is a bonus!Proficient in G-Suite, Slack, MS Office, and other tools.
