About LOW:

LOW is a Brussels based company that creates and manages innovative and effective communications accounts, using custom-built teams of experienced strategic thinkers. We are a consultancy with a growing client base from the public and private sector, where smart processes and efficient systems are the key to our success and to getting our clients’ message across.  We are seeking an Office Manager with excellent organisation and communication (written and verbal) skills, who relishes the prospect of helping grow a business.

About the role: 

The ideal candidate will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining and creating procedures, communication, and wellbeing.  Not only will your effects allow us to achieve organisational efficiency, you will nurture the pleasant work environment we provide for our staff. The role is Brussels based working a minimum of 3 days per week in our office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administration: Helping establish and maintain office procedures; assisting senior management; dealing with staff recruitment; assisting with team timesheets; data protection; client contracts; managing staff schedules; preparation of meetings; management of invoices;
  • Office management: Management of suppliers, insurances, utilities, catering and events.
  • IT: Liaison with our provider; inventory.
  • New business: quality control and compliance for our public sector tender work

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of office management experience
  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
