Title:
Office Coordinator
Location – Cumbria (3 days in the office)
Please note we are open to both part time (20 hours per week minimum) and full time.
The Role
The Office Coordinator is responsible for working alongside the West Cumbria Lead to deliver front line operational services and KBR activities in the region.
Based in our West Lakes office, the role will be to provide comprehensive support to the local office, both front and back of house, to ensure the continued smooth running of the office and its support services.
The role will report to the KBR Nuclear West Cumbria Lead and in addition to office co-ordination will offer key support to growing KBR’s presence, influence and network in the region.
Some tasks include
Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, as required
Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings
Maintain electronic and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support to other UK offices (remotely)
What We Need
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, MS Teams) and ability to learn new software systems quickly
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Experience working in HR/Recruitment environment would be advantageous

Security Requirements
Candidates must have a 3-year footprint in the UK in order to obtain the relevant security checks.
