  • YOUR MISSION** ????
  • The key purpose of this position is to provide support and complete a range of activities necessary to manage the Italian office.
  • Ensure that external services are provided on optimum cost, time manner and with good quality.
  • Oversee and execute supplier contracts as required, purchase orders and invoice approval.
  • YOUR GOALS ** ????
  • Supporting Country Leadership team in organizational matters related with representing the company outside and inside of the company including providing support to internal and external visitors as well as organisation of Country Town Hall meetings or any other company event
  • Management of reception tasks: calls, courier
  • Oversee and execute supplier contracts, , vendor management , purchase orders and invoice approval. Ensure business continuance. Solve problems if needed
  • Point of contact with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, or other services as required.
  • Management and organization of Volunteering and wellbeing activities for CHEP Italy
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Internal communication to employees (invites to events, internal meeting).
  • Managing building maintenance activities in the office: cleaning, vending, fire extinguishing, electrical services, office material, facilities services (maintenance & reception) as required
  • Local support to IT department in different issues: IT material, network connection … others.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**????
  • 3 years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Native Italian and fluent English.
