Skyworks Solutions is seeking an Office Administrator for its Diversified Analog Solutions business unit at its location in Cork, Ireland.  This candidate will join a diverse team of RFIC, Analog IC and Module assisting in the concept, design, integration, and delivery of complex multichip, multi-technology RFIC-based wireless module solutions for 5G, IOT and WiFi applications. 

Detailed Description

Job responsibilities include:

-Ordering engineering and office supplies
-Managing Shipments
-Placing Purchase Orders
-Setting Up Vendors
-Co-ordinate with IT department with any on-site IT or AV issues.
-Organizing Travel
-Plan off-site activities and social events
Recruitment Support Tasks

-Organizing interviews.
-Promoting Skyworks Cork at Universities.
Technical Support Tasks

-Supporting Engineers with data gathering and preparation.
Requirements and skills

-Someone from a technical background highly preferred
-Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills.
-A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
-Motivated and outgoing and willing to take initiative.
This role will be on site at our office in Mahon Point.
