Position Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by managing office tasks, supporting marketing efforts, handling client intakes, scheduling and providing coverage for caregiver shifts as needed. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Outreach:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our caregiving services.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events and outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
  • Client Intakes and Communication:
  • Handle client inquiries and conduct initial intakes to assess their needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate client consultations and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Ensure that office supplies are stocked and manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain schedules for services requested by clients
  • Monitor overtime and mileage records of caregivers
  • Caregiver Shift Coverage:
  • Coordinate and fill caregiver shifts as needed, ensuring coverage for all scheduled appointments.
  • Communicate with caregivers and clients to address scheduling changes and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a caregiving or healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to cover caregiver shifts and adapt to changing priorities as needed.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
