Location: RochdaleSalary : up to £25,000Consultants : Cassidy PinderWe are currently working with a great company based in Rochdale – Specilaising within the Legal Industry they are looking to appoint an Enthusiastic / Motivated Office Administrator to join their team.Fully Office BasedWhat you can expect:Salary up to £25,000 Depending on experience4pm Finish Friday25 days Holiday plus Bank HolidayModern Working Environment – including On Site Parking / Canteen & Coffee ShopStrong Career Progression and DevelopmentResponsibilities:Supporting a busy team of Legal Professionals & Solicitors you will be responsible for the following duties:Reception Duties – including Welcoming & Greeting Visitors / Handling all Inbound CallsDiary Management – Booking / Arranging Meetings & Events including Travel & AccommodationOpen New Cases / Allocating to Legal Team – Using Case Management Software / Sending Acknowledgement Correspondence
Assist with Partnerships in Delivery of Marketing CampaignsRecruitment – Supporting Onboarding Process for new RecruitsAssist with Finance – including Credit Control & Sending Payment RemindersGeneral Admin Duits – Scanning / Photocopying / Printing etcProfile:Must have a minimum 1 years’ experience working in a Similar Office / Admin EnvironmentStrong Academic BackgroundGood Communication / IT Skills – including Microsoft PackageLegal experience would be beneficial not essentialIf you are interested in the Administrator position, please send your CV over to us or contact the office for more information. £25000 per year
