Our client, a leading contractor operating across Europe involved in a variety of sectors, is looking for an experienced OFCI Project Manager for Data Centre projects. As OFCI Project Manager you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of OFCI activities, ensuring the successful delivery of all owner-furnished equipment and materials. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective installation of all OFCI components. This role is on Hybrid set up.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Develop and implement OFCI plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of OFCI activities.Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and performance standards.Ensure all OFCI equipment and materials meet project specifications and quality standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality and resolve any quality issues promptly.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all OFCI activities, including procurement, delivery, and installation documentation.Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment on OFCI objectives and deliverables.Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures for all OFCI-related activities.Degree in Project Management or equivalent.Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data centre projects and OFCI components.Strong knowledge of OFCI processes, procurement, and contract management.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or other related software & tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Please apply with your updated CV and we will contact you in return for a confidential discussion.The ideal candidate is eligible to work in the Netherlands.
