In this role, you will closely collaborate with Ocean Network Product teams for the Latin American markets, driving business growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance.This is an excellent opportunity to influence key strategic decisions and contribute to outcomes that have a significant impact on the company’s bottom line. You will work in a culturally and professionally engaging environment, with talented colleagues across multiple offices globally.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management & Reporting:Drive accurate and timely reporting of financial, commercial, and operational performance indicators.Lead performance reviews, ensuring alignment, follow-up actions, and closure of gaps to plan.Challenge network design and market strategies to drive efficiencies within the finance team.Forecasting & Budgeting:Manage the quarterly rolling forecast for the Latin America Ocean Network Product (ONP) scope.Partnering:Collaborate with business units to enable effective decision-making. Evaluate alternative strategies, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate actionable insights based on specific business needs.Opportunity & Pipeline Management:Provide proactive, forward-looking financial analysis to drive decision-making.Act as a subject matter expert in cost analysis for relevant areas.Continuous Improvement:Lead the simplification of reporting processes and the automation of analytics tools to drive efficiency.Collaboration:Maintain strong coordination with finance teams supporting Alianca and Intra-America markets, ensuring alignment within the consolidated Latin America scope.What are we looking forBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Accounting, Project Management, Strategy Consulting, or equivalent rolesKey Competencies:Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.Analytical Skills: Sharp attention to detail with the ability to zoom in on key data, while maintaining a comprehensive view of the big picture.Results-Driven: Motivated to achieve impactful results; thrives on problem-solving and inspires continuous improvement across the organization.Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates integrity, humility, and strong interpersonal skills, effectively interacting at all levels of a global organization.Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and grow through experience, collaboration, and innovation.Join us at Maersk to be part of a transformative team shaping the future of global logistics.
