Job Title: Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants RequiredLocation: East Midlands, Lincolnshire, GainsboroughJob Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £85 – £120 Per dayCompany Branding: Nursery Practitioners based in Gainsborough, many roles available, needing to have between 3 and 5 days availability and previous UK based experienceJob Duties:– Supporting the lead teacher in delivering educational activities– Providing care and support to children in the nursery setting– Assisting with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate learning activities– Monitoring and recording children’s progress and behaviourRequired Qualifications:– Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education– Valid DBS check– Paediatric First Aid certificationEducation:– Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths– Further education in Childcare or Education is desirable

Experience:– Previous experience working in a nursery or educational setting in the UK– Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworkKnowledge and Skills:– Understanding of child development and learning principles– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills– Ability to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:– Safeguarding training certification– Health and Safety training certificationWorking Conditions:– Full-time position with regular hours– Working closely with children aged 0-5 years– Collaborating with parents and other staff members– Adhering to nursery policies and procedures
