To analyse customer and stakeholder needs and propose solutions to management in order to translate these needs into ICT applications, new directives, procedures and processes, and to provide account management for the customer portfolio assigned to it.

To this end, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. As part of this team, you will take on the role of Functional Analyst.Your tasks will include
– Getting to know the legal/judicial framework that applies in the field of mobility
– Assume responsibility for one or more functional processes in terms of analysis
– Analysing and modelling business user requirements
– Define detailed functional specifications
– Drawing up functional specifications
– Define the tests associated with these phases
– Participate in the implementation of the project
– Participate in the quality of the solution
– Act as a point of reference for the project team on functional aspects
– Design and run user training courses
– Design and model the application’s functional architecture
– Designing and leading workshops to express user requirements
– Conducting user interviews
– Writing user guides and business guides

– Degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent through experience.
– At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
– You have a good knowledge of functional analysis methods and techniques (UML Use Cases, UML Class Diagram, Data Model – ERD).
– You have a good knowledge of process description methods and techniques (UML Activity Diagram or BPMN).
– You will be able to translate user requirements for IT specialists.
– You have a good knowledge of BPMN, UML, project-to-project use case analysis, Agile, devOps and Scrum.Qualities
