You will have the opportunity to be the bridge between development, QA, and release, ensuring the quality of our product through rigorous testing and coordination of Non-Regression Testing (NRT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.👉Your future missionsOwn and evolve the shared NRT test suite

  • Maintain and improve the central suite of Non-Regression Tests (manual and automated)
  • Curate and consolidate test case contributions from Embedded QAs across squads
  • Ensure consistency, coverage, and up-to-date documentation of NRT assets

Support and coordinate UAT phases

  • Prepare and manage dedicated environments for internal and client UAT
  • Coordinate internal UAT sessions over 2 weeks per release
  • Support business teams, triage UAT feedback and bugs, and ensure follow-up with developers

Lead release readiness and full regression

  • Organize and drive pre-release full regression campaigns
  • Define scope, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure completion before UAT
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper before production go-live

Be the link across teams

  • Collaborate with QA, Dev, Product, and Support teams to align on priorities and timelines
  • Ensure traceability of tests and bugs throughout the release cycle
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of release testing processes

[Desired Profile]✨ You are a great match if :

  • 3–5+ years of experience in QA coordination, test management, or release QA
  • Strong background in manual and automated testing practices
  • Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD environments and QA tools (e.g. Postman, Playwright, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (some team members are English-speaking)
  • Structured & methodical: you know how to plan, execute, and follow through
  • Clear communicator: you facilitate collaboration across multiple teams
  • Quality-driven: you don’t compromise on standards
  • Calm under pressure: you know how to handle last-minute surprises before release
  • Problem-solver: you’re proactive in identifying and resolving blockers
