As we will help you get there if you have the right profile.If you join us in the role of Compliance Specialist in MS Nordic Operation, you will become a part of a small team being responsible for Operational Compliance & Service Readiness within a larger Operation working across Operational Development Team securing high level of “Customer Experience”. You will never be alone and always have a lot of knowledgeable colleagues to support your journey.We will be a small team of 4 colleagues when you join in the Nordic Operation Compliance Team in either Finland or Denmark. You will be supporting across our organization in a virtual Nordic compliance setup with 3 line of the defense having stakeholders like GDPR Officers, Card Scheme responsible, AML/KYC and ODD specialists, Legal & Regulatory etc.Your reference line Manager will be Operational Compliance Manager Anne Fransén, who will support your learning journey.Furthermore you will get:

About your future roleWe are looking for a Compliance Specialist with a high and broad proven knowledge of providing high-quality customer support in Operational business area in Nets. Preferable you have high knowledge background skill in supporting customer segments like SME, LAKA and Partner in Operational processes in Onboarding, Maintenance and Settlement area from either eCom or MS business units with related system landscape knowledge.More specifically, your key responsibilities and role would include:

  • Becoming a top-class subject matter expert performing as trusted advisor for Managers, Specialist, Product & System owners within Operations related to compliance topics like GDPR, PSD2, Competitive Law, Card Scheme rules, AML, KYC, ODD, Ethic’s & CoI, AI ACT etc. Furthermore, your will learn to secure Internal Audit framework giving precise judicial and operational advice on general and specific data protection related questions and issues.
  • Act as a mentor for the Operational Specialists supporting, running, and driving a virtual specialist framework ensuring the specialist minimum skills training through systems like Elucidat & ilearn. Securing gatekeeping service readiness framework in the day-to-day business in compliance areas like GDPR, Competitive law tasks, PSD2 and Card Scheme rules etc.
  • Performing in processes around data breaches securing handling issues professionally and in the right way in the operations together with support from GDPR Officers and ITBS.
  • Performing as a part of a resolver group related to Ethics & CoI registering of gift, donation, and events program.
  • Performing as Project leads on strategic compliance projects and task
  • Further developing our “ready for inspection” concept by conduct training and awareness activities to MS Operation securing data protection, gatekeeping competitive law, card scheme requirements etc.

You are proactive and determined, and you are known as a person who is good at seeing solutions.It’s the full package that you bring to work every day that gets the job done. Your professional acumen and background experience from Operational team doing customer support securing most of your qualifications, but it’s your personality that makes the difference to succeed in this role. Especially the little twists we all have that makes our personalities instead of just a person. It will be ambitions and that little personal twist that makes us succeed.Your professional qualifications include some years of experience from Operational business areas within Nets. If you have experience with establishing processes, doing work instructions, facilitation, and project management tasks this would be very beneficial.Your educational background isn’t as important, as if you are being motivated, and an interested fast learner with an existing high skill in operational processes within the legal entity of Nets. You need to be willing to absorb and learn about different EU rules and regulation like GDPR, PSD2, AI Act etc. and perform in an Operational framework with a lot of different virtual specialist and stakeholders.
