Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.Your missionNordic Demand & Supply PlannerPierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique is looking for a Demand & Supply Chain Planner for the Nordic region. The position is based at our Nordic HQ in Søborg. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience with a broad variety of supply chain activities, you will be reporting to the Nordic Operations Manager.Overall, you will be responsible for Demand and Supply processes in Dermo Cosmétique perimeter, towards 3 Nordics Markets (DK/NO/ FI).The objective is to meet targets set up by PIERRE FABRE NORDICS and Operation Business Unit.The role covers the full spectrum of supply chain, logistics and distribution activities. Key tasks include:Animate & Challenge sales forecasts validation in line with Financial Rolling ForecastContribute to S&OP (Sales & Operations) Meetings with StakeholdersSupport new product launches, promotions & campaignsCatch up sell in / sell through / sell out data in collaboration with Nordics KAM / PMAchieve Operations KPIs (Service level / Forecast Accuracy / DIO)Liaise with Marketing to work out stock depletion strategy and reduce obsolescenceSet up replenishment parameters and guarantee procurementAnticipate and communicate shortage issues, explore options and solutionsLiaise with Finance on monthly stock provision, short expiry itemsParticipate to daily Business activities (Data Management / Other)The role also includes project management; lead and propose any improvement projects linked to the supply chain in collaboration with operations Business Unit.Back up of the Pharma Supply Chain Manager to run Business in case of any crisisWho you are ?Your profileYou will be working in an ever-changing and challenging environment that requires reactivity, flexibility and proactivity. Organisation is key for this position.Professional qualifications:

  • Business school / Master II degree in supply management or equivalent with an additional training in logistics
  • Experience in Supply Chain activities (demand and Supply management) is required. Project management experience would be a great asset. APICs / Lean / Six Sigma certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, good level of interaction with people
  • Ability to analyze different situations, synthetic & results oriented
  • Statistical, reporting & analytical skills: Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau) much appreciated
  • Knowledge of APS (FuturMaster) & ERP
  • English Spoken. French and or Danish would be an extra asset
