My client is a unique and vibrant Founder led business within the bar scene who are looking to onboard a Non-Executive Director during an exciting stage of growth. They are looking for someone with experience across scaling and exiting a business with plenty of charisma.

The Individual:

The successful NED will be an experienced Non-Executive/ C-Suite with extensive experience in scaling and exiting a business, ideally within late night venues or bars. You will be able to advise on potential investment partners and have current contacts within the industry to aid with the expansion plans.

Requirements:

* Experience as C-Suite, NED or Founder ideally within bars
* Thorough understanding and proven record of scaling and exiting a business
* Strong UK connections across Investment
* Track record working for a Founder/ Entrepreneur led business
* Proven success of growing and scaling similar businesses across the UK
* Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the business
* Flexible work pattern to fit the needs of the business
* Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.
* Confident in steering multiple areas of the business
