Assignment:GCUGCU is a national application for creating standard correspondence, a letter book that generates documents based on templates and text (RTF). The letters often consist of standard texts that require minimal modification. GCU is an internal application that consolidates data from various sources to generate letters and corresponding forms.Assignment BackgroundTeam GCU operates in an Agile and multidisciplinary environment.Value is added for the Customer Contact Center (KCC) and its customers in sprints of 3 weeks. Software changes are released to production in a release-based manner.This assignment involves working as a developer for GCU, involving maintenance and development of the application. Starting from January, onboarding will take place to facilitate comprehensive knowledge transfer. The assignment will last at least until the end of 2024.Remote work is possible, and there will be on-site work in Amsterdam (Sloterdijk).Requirements

  • Minimum HBO level of thinking and working
  • Work experience with programming or working in C# (.NET Framework 4.7.2), Asp.net, Visual Studio VB.NET, VB6 for the front end, VBA, SOAP (ASMX, WCF), XML SQLServer 2016 / SSIS
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbal and written
  • Agile Mindset
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum / DevOps environment
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Seniority (visionary, innovative, and eager to elevate the team)

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Knowledge and experience with or willingness to learn, but not a requirement: BizTALK, Word2016 and Word 365, Jenkins (Build server) and XL-Deploy, Subversion (SVN), IBM Websphere MQ
