You lead the design and continuous development of our recently implemented ERP (Netsuite) and CRM (Hubspot) software, to streamline business processes across multiple departments and prepare the company for operating at scale. You continuously look for optimization opportunities and ensure all your colleagues are able to use the software as efficiently as possible.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient software solutions.Execute new software module implementations, system admin. tasks and upgradesTrain and educate colleagues and partnersBuild strong relationships with the external vendors and service providers of our ERP and CRM softwareRequirementsYou have a bachelor’s degree.You have 3-5 years of experience in software application development and implementation
