What will you do?

20% Running the night audit and preparing the hotel for the following day

15% Solving problems and dealing with guest requests

20% Managing the hotel room inventory and all bills and payments correctly

15% Checking guests in and out

15% Help operating and preparing food at the food & beverage outlets

15% Help taking deliviries and restocking, cleaning and organizing BOH spaces

Vacancy

As Night Auditor at Residence Inn, you are responsible for running the night audit and making sure that everything is in order for the morning crew. You work during the night and mainly help at the reception, but it is also possible that you support behind the bar and at the (breakfast) buffet.

You start your shift by checking guests in, answering emails and guest inquiries and running all the necessary reports to make sure everything is set for the night audit. In addition, you balance the days accounts and manage all bills and payments correctly. You also help cleaning, restocking and preparing the bar and lobby and manage the hotel room inventory for the next day. During the night audit, you conduct a security check to ensure that everything is in place and order and that no disturbance occurs in te hotel.
