The team youll be part of
The IP Business Development and Sales Engineering team is part of the European IP and Optical Regional Business Center (RBC) of the Network Infrastructure Group.
The mission of the team is the development of the Nokia IP Business within Germany, Switzerland, Poland and France . As part of the team you identify and create needs in cooperation with our customers, consult them in their choices and build and defend competitive value propositions for our customers to ultimately to grow our business footprint

What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:
Act as a technical and trusted advisor on IP networking matters to our customers through your excellent understanding and knowledge in IP, MPLS, Cloud and automation technologies.
Understand customer needs in their current competitive, business and operations scenarios and translate them into a set of solution requirements,
Develop such opportunities by promoting proposals created out of our IP Product and Solutions portfolio
Asess & develop customer specific pricing strategy for any given opportunity, understand & articulate the value that NOKIA can provide with IP networking products and solutions
Provide a systematic analysis of customer needs in Germany and Switzerland to feed the product plans of the NI IP group in exchange with our product managers and R&D
Your skills and experience
A proven experience in IP pre-sales or IP technical support functions of at least 5, preferably 10 years in
Detailed knowledge of IP / MPLS/ Cloud/ automation technologies
The ability to understand customer issues and formulate proposals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to act in and orchestrate international teams
You are fluently speaking and writing German and English (both are mandatory)
It would be nice if you also have:
A pre-existing exposure to German or Swiss service provider customers
Furter language skills as e.g. French
