ING is looking for an NFR Analyst within Wholesale Banking Corporate Sector Coverage team! The team consists of 6 relationship managers, 4 business analysts and 2 NFR analysts. The CSC team is covering the most important Dutch companies within the Heavy Manufacturing & Industrials and Retail & Services sectors.Your responsebilities are:

• Leads the relationship with clients from KYC angle
• Works towards smooth KYC Customer Journey
• Supports the team as SME (Subject Matter Expert)
• Works closely with SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
• Performs Client Outreach
• Ensures alignment between PU and FO
• Provides Front Office Requirements according to WB Working Instructions

• Academic degree.
• 3+ years of work experience within NFR domains and in a large financial institution.
• Strong experience in working in a complex global matrix organization, with ability to interact with and drive progress amongst (senior) stakeholders.
• Organizational sensitivity, flexibility and self-starting capabilities.
• Learning agility and innovative mindset.
• You have a critical mindset, a can-do and hands-on mentality, modest or pro-active where needed, and stress resistant.
• You are people-orientated, connecting and interacting with others is something that comes naturally to you.
• You are a good communicator, being able to convey complex messages in simple ways.
