NextGen ERP Procure to P2P GPOSummary:. The NextGen ERP Procure to Pay Global Process Owner will serve as a key member of the NextGen ERP project team and report to the NextGen ERP Finance Lead. From global design through deployment, this individual fills a critical role, partnering within our Finance workstream and others across Zoetis to deliver a transformed business process and technology landscape.Responsibilities:

• Accountable and responsible for the program’s end to end process of Procure to Pay from indirect perspective. This includes indirect procurement processes covering organization setup, master data (business partners, material groups, payment terms, etc).
• Support and understand direct procurement processes to ensure the collective P2P delivers outcomes aligned to NextGen’s strategic guidelines & principles.
• Accountable and responsible for T&E integration.
• Will act as an escalation point within Direct Proc. area to resolve issues within the team and also integration points with other team & process areas.
• Accountable and responsible for standardized procedures, controls and technology to ensure appropriate accounting and safeguarding of assets.
• Responsible and accountable for all P2P related program outputs, artifacts and deliverables that require approval by finance.
• Responsible to bring relevant key design decisions back to finance program lead for disposition further upstream.
• Responsible to engage within finance on relevant P2P matters.
• Will support management reporting, controllership and tax program leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance
• Minimum 10 years professional experience in a finance capacity
• 8 years of experience working in accounts payable department
• Ability to drive transformation and act as a change agent in an international, multi-cultural team and organization
• Experience in global process ownership, process design and/or product management
• Ability to conceptualize complex issues, processes or procedures and reach standardized, best practice solutions
• Experience with SAP
