Zadania

• Improving existing products, developing new ones, and responding to current market needs by modifying existing products
• Analyzing competitor products
• Supervising production during the launch of new or modified recipes
• Conducting inspections, performing technical research, and organizing internal sensory evaluations of products
• Developing project plans and monitoring them
• Coordinating the implementation of assigned proposals according to agreed deliverables, plans, and budgets, or supporting project execution in your expert role
• Training and fostering the development of employees to enhance their competencies, skills, and product knowledge

Oczekujemy

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry in R&D or NPD sectors
• A degree in food technology, food engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish (minimum C1 level)
• Willingness and readiness to travel and observe factory operations in other countries
• Knowledge of food-related legislation
• Category B driving license
• Experience working with cross-functional, international teams
• Strong interpersonal skills
