Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Develop and maintain regular clientele to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Anticipates the requests and needs of our guests with an intuitive service.
Hold strong working knowledge of the local hospitality market.
Create a warm atmosphere where guests comes to enjoy their time.
Pay attention and respond appropriately to dissatisfied guests to ensure their satisfaction.
To champion health, safety & hygiene, setting gold standards (HACCP). Exceed expectations revealing:
A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
Impeccable grooming standards.
