In addition, , Europe’s largest language education travel agency matches students with the right language course for them.Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaker Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales Team based in Barcelona, Spain!We are looking for someone who is passionate about the benefits of studying abroad (perhaps you have done it yourself), love travel and will be able to provide guidance and reassurance to our customers – to help them decide on the most suitable study options.Reporting to the B2C Sales Manager, you will operate the daily international sales operations for your students and deal with their admissions. You will be working with direct clients in close cooperation with Customer Care, Student Support and Summer camps teams. You will be expected to meet and exceed individual and team targets through your sales activities. We are looking for people with a consultative sales approach, based on establishing customer needs and providing products to match them.

QualificationsDesired Skills, Experience & Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales department ideally in travel & tourism industry or in language education
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Spanish level required (C1/C2) with very high English. Other languages a plus
• Ability to prioritize effectively and to work with deadlines
• Experience of dealing with high volume of leads
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Ability to build rapport, handle objections and close sales in the language required and English
• Resilient and consistent, with ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused ongoals
