The Network Project Manager (NPM) will be responsible to support cross-regional initiatives impacting the Cigna Healthcare International Network team. The NPM works across multiple internal departments to provide administrative and analytical project management discipline in relation to provider contracting and engagement for Cigna Healthcare International.This role will support the development and implementation of key projects related to Network governance and capability development, including management of Network-wide balanced scorecards; coordinating and driving Intake work for Information Technology priorities; contractual templates, terms, and management system; engagement tools and cross-departmental strategic agenda management with key providers; and Network strategic priorities.ABOUT US:Cigna healthcare is a global health service company with roots in the US, serving more than 180 million customers and patients throughout the world. Together we strive to create an environment where every individual thrives and contributes to meaningful change”Reports to: Head of Global Network StrategyDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRefines and maintains balance scorecard and regular Network reportingManages user-friendly project management tools to track various Network initiatives and supporting management of key deliverables and interdependenciesCoordinates and drives Intake work across Network team for Information Technology prioritizationWorks with Network team to inventory, categorize, and manage database of billing system requirements globally to inform affordability targetsManages multi-team projects identified by Network Senior Leadership Team impacting providers in collaboration with the Provider Services Organization (PSO) and Clinical functionsDevelops and manages user-friendly tools for file storage (existing SharePoint sites and email inboxes) and management across all Network functionsCreates and manages regular updates to presentations articulating Network capabilities and strategies for internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical, PSO, and Commercial and Client teams) and for providersWorks with Head of Global Network Strategy to support contractual templates, terms, and contract management system project work and maintenanceSupports Provider Segmentation & Directional Care Manager with templates, engagement tools, and operations with cross-departmental strategic project work with key providers (broadly and as connected to directional care work)Works with Network team to maintain an activity calendar/database that stores key dates to ensure contractual targets are fulfilledSupports data analysis and maintenance of City Strategy playbooksDevelops and delivers communications to providersWorks with Head of Global Network Strategy to implement standard operating procedures, updated training guides, and talent development toolsOther duties as assignedROLE REQUIREMENTSA degree-level education in business, finance, project management, healthcare management, or related field is requiredFormal qualification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2 practitioner) or equivalent experience of running projects is highly preferredConsulting experience is desirable but not requiredExperience working with international healthcare systems and insurance strongly desiredProven analytical skills, organization, and delivery is requiredA capacity to learn quickly and offer innovative thinking to realize solutions is requiredPERSONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIREDMust be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environmentDemonstrable analytical ability, as well as problem-solving abilitiesAbility to organize and manage complex initiativesStrong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsEnergetic and enthusiastic team-playerAbility to speak and write in languages other than English is a value add but not preferred/requiredDemonstrable experience of collaborating and managing projects with remote teams in a complex, matrixed organization is requiredExcellent database management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesENVIRONMENTThe demanding nature of the role will require the individual to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.Working hours are predominantly 9am-5pm (depending on the candidate’s place of residence) but flexibility will be required to manage project work with teams working across multiple time zones.Willing to travel internationally (up to 10%)REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS (to be in all job descriptions)Some roles are included in the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR), the basic principle of the Senior Managers Regime is that of responsibility and accountability.
