With a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, LEVEL is committed to delivering top-notch service and exceeding the expectations of their passengersJob PurposeNetwork Planning & Scheduling is responsible for strategic and operational decisions related to LEVEL’s long-haul network based in Barcelona. We are at an exciting stage of the airline’s development, leading the network expansion with aircraft evaluation and planning for fleet acquisitions, plan capacity in existing markets and forecast performance of potential new additions to the network. We design and optimize the schedule taking into account operational feasibility and reliability. We review revenue and cost performance of all our markets to optimally deploy capacity and maximize network profitability.Main Accountabilities

  • Design and develop profitable and strong LEVEL schedules in cooperation with scheduling expert.
  • Monitor competitive landscape through analysis of capacity, market share and traffic flows.
  • Analyze our existing network and route profitability performance and propose changes to improve profit performance and to anticipate or react to changes in market demand.
  • Conduct analysis and advocate for potential new routes and network development.
  • Long term planning analysis and expansion strategy development.
  • Evaluate aircraft configurations and fleet types to decide on fleet acquisitions and the long-term growth strategy.
  • Analize partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve connections.
  • Coordinate with partners the execution and opportunities implementation.
  • Contributing to innovation of our processes, data and modelling.

Education

  • Degree in engineering, economics, airline management or equivalent.

Experience

  • Experience of minimum 4-5 years in airline related positions and particularly in Network/Strategy/Planning.
