Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Brand Measurement Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Measurement Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up measurement for large-scale brand marketing campaigns for all Uber brands and across all 40+ markets across the globe. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that measurement is set up correctly, on time, and in alignment with the measurement strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, media, and data science, as well as external partners, including media agencies and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will possess unparalleled attention to detail, strong analytical, and communication skills, with a good understanding of the digital and non-digital marketing landscape.Responsibilities:
— Measurement Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop a brand lift measurement strategy that aligns with business goals.
— Measurement Implementation: Collect the inputs for Brand Lift Studies from various stakeholders (e.g. KPIs, survey questions, experiment design, etc,), aggregate it into the measurement requirements documents, and work vendor to implement the test.
— Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inputs through data quality checks, validation processes, and troubleshooting any issues that arise in the setup process.
— Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, media, and data science, to gather requirements, communicate issues, and find folutions.
— External Partnership: Liaise with media agencies and marketing platform representatives to coordinate the implementation of Brand Lift Studies, provide guidance on study requirements, and troubleshoot any challenges.
— Reporting: Retrieve the measurement results from the partners and onboard it to the Uber internal data platform to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely visibility into brand lift results, key metrics, and KPIs.Requirements:
— Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
— Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on brand lift measurement and/or data analysis.
— Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing platforms (DV360, Facebook, Snap, TikTok, etc.). Familiarity with brand lift measurement platforms and tools, such as Nielsen, Kantar, or similar solutions is a plus.
— Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate Brand Lift Study implementation.
— Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.
— Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
— Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve measurement-related issues.
— Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
— Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
— Knowledge of Marketing Landscape: Understanding of digital marketing channels, brand lift measurement methodologies, and marketing performance metrics.
