Job description

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of a new application using the Scrum framework. The role involves delivering high-quality software increments at the end of each sprint, working collaboratively with team members, and continuously improving technical and process knowledge. The developer will work on all layers of the application and apply agile and DevOps practices to ensure functionality delivery.Responsibilities

• Develop software following coding standards and guidelines set by technical leads and architects.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute ideas.
• Analyze user stories in collaboration with the product owner and product specialists.
• Design and develop functionalities from the sprint backlog.
• Ensure code quality by writing unit tests.
• Collaborate daily with offshore testers to maintain development quality.
• Assist colleagues and contribute to team efforts.
• Take initiative and make decisions on assigned user stories.
• Participate in proof of concepts as needed.
• Foster a respectful and collaborative working environment.
• Provide accurate and constructive responses to stakeholders’ inquiries.
• Complete tasks as required by the company.
• Stay updated on IT, software, and middleware industry trends.
• Proactively address potential issues with strong problem-solving skills.
• Occasionally travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft C#.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Asp.NET Web API.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with AngularJS / Angular 8/9.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Bootstrap.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 & 2017.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Experience in multicultural work collaboration.
• Strong communication skills in a global environment.

Technical Knowledge

• Solution design.
• Agile methodology (SCRUM).
• Enterprise software delivery.
• Support for large and distributed enterprise applications and related production services.
• DevOps best practices (preferable).
• Microsoft VSTS or TFS (Build, Releases, Tests, Backlogs, GIT) (preferable).
